Most common problems and our solutions
Continually losing working hours
The visa extension process can require many visits to the immigration office to submit an application, get a bridge visa, or update the file. Your employee could lose hours, or even a few working days for this renewal process.
Our solution !
We handle the complete filing process using a power of attorney. This means your employee won’t need to visit the immigration office, or even leave work to meet with us. We have online solutions and collect all necessary filing documents from your office.
Stress and losing focus at work
Confusion about the process and getting the correct documentation can cause your employee to lose focus at work, or place work priorities on hold.
Our solution !
We monitor your employee’s application with the immigration offices using a power of attorney, and send them online updates. Once the extension is approved, we will book an appointment and accompany your employee to pick up their new biometric card.
Risk of losing a good employee
Extending the residency by themselves could be risky. Missing a deadline, providing incorrect documentation, language barriers, and authority misunderstandings can lead to a file rejection. It is impossible to fix the rejected application if the mistake is on the applicant’s side.
Our solution !
We are here to help you avoid all of these problems. PraguExpats has been guiding expats through the visa process since 2013. We’ve worked with many companies, extending thousands of employee cards, and ensuring businesses don’t lose their valuable employees.
